Spectrum
Spectrum is an option located on the MSC Main menu. It can also be accessed by using the Shortcut key (F7), by clicking on Match after Autofragmentation, or by clicking on the Toolbar button:
When Spectrum is selected, a window will be opened that is used to examine, evaluate and compare spectral data to structures following autofragmentation. When accessed from the Autofragmentation Results window, spectra can be compared with the theoretical isotope profiles for the current structure on screen, and comparisons can be made between the overall agreement between the spectrum and autofragmentation results.
